The Visual Arts Program at Black Hill Primary School is valued and supported by the whole school community.

We believe that all students are successful artists and endeavour to encourage, inspire and celebrate their learning through experiences within the Art Room.

Students develop knowledge, skills, techniques and processes throughout the year and use a variety of materials to explore different forms, styles and contexts. Students have opportunities to engage in drawing, painting, threads and textiles, modelling, construction, printing, collage and mixed media.

The creativity, imagination and individuality of our students is furthermore showcased through our highly anticipated Arts Week bi-annual event.
